The animation team was exceptional, always encouraging participation in fun games and activities, making our stay lively and enjoyable.

The breakfast coffee was quite disappointing, not up to par with the otherwise good dining experience offered at the hotel.

The spacious beach and amazing well-kept gardens were the best part! 🏖️ the lack of prompt service at the bar and limited menu items during peak hours was a letdown.

The grounds at Africa Jade are stunning. Lush gardens filled with trees and vibrant flowers give it a tropical feel. My Junior Suite featured a spacious terrace with comfortable seating, offering lovely views of the pool and distant sea. The bed was incredibly comfy, making it hard to leave each morning. Breakfast had delicious crepes, though the coffee left much to be desired—it tasted burnt and uninviting. Staff were attentive. they promptly resolved a minor issue with pool towels. the indoor pool service was a letdown. towels weren’t offered, and it seemed the staff were a bit unmotivated. The beach is fabulous and clean, with plenty of long chairs, but the pool area was overcrowded. People reserved their lounge chairs all day, making it impossible to find a spot. Food was good, yet overpriced. The lack of a kettle in my room was disappointing, especially for making tea. a malfunctioning shower was a nuisance during my stay, and the coffee situation could really use improvement. the hotel has a lot of potentials but needs to work on some services and amenities.
